Do you need an internship?

Our full and part-time internship opportunities for students seeking degrees in psychology, special education and behavior analysis provide hands on experience working with students with autism*. Interns will receive training using Competent Learner Model as well as additional ABA teaching strategies. We operate 3 educational sites in the Richmond, VA area and the location will be chosen based both on school need and intern preference.

*Internship experiences do not automatically count toward supervision field experience for individuals seeking either BCBA or BCaBA certification.  Individuals seeking field experience for certification should specify this on the application.


  • Enrolled in an accredited college program
  • A minimum of 12 hours a week.¬† Minimum of 3 hours per day
  • Submit to background check
